Flat Type Dry Mortar Mixing Plant
The flat type dry mortar mixing plant is a convenient and small-sized mixing equipment. The raw sand is fed into the weighing hopper through the feeding screw for weighing. The cement from the cement silo is conveyed into the weighing hopper via the cement screw conveyor for weighing as well. After weighing, the raw materials are lifted by a screw conveyor into the double shaft non-gravity mixer for uniform mixing. The mixed finished mortar is then transported by another screw conveyor into the finished product temporary storage silo for packaging.
